ABOUT US
Parimalam school was founded in the year 1979 by Prof. P. Shanmugasundaram to cater to the upliftment of the people of the town of Hosur. For over four decades, Parimalam has been providing a unique experience for our students. The school is focussed on creating children who are safe, enthusiastic, happy, engaged, courteous, and independent.

The Journey over 4 decades
Our Founder started his career as a teacher and then became the principal of the college. He also served as the Dean of the University of Madras and Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Our Founder was a visionary, his goal was to provide quality education to students of the rural areas at par with the urban students. After the demise of our founder in 1995, the school was nurtured by his brother P.Rathinasabapathy fondly called 'Ayya'. He began his career as a lawyer and then went on to become a Labor Welfare Officer before retiring as a Senior Manager. The school has achieved many milestones under his leadership.

TEACHING METHOD
Parimalam follows the value-based education method imbibing the qualities of good conduct, self-confidence, and high values that would enable the students to earn a significant place in society. The school aims to holistically develop the children and groom them to be responsible citizens and be successful.

Our teachers are carefully selected based on their training and experience, as well as for their commitment to working collaboratively with parents. The sole aim of the teacher is to enrich the children's journey by making it safe, enthusiastic, engaged, courteous, and independent.

Teaching and learning outside of the standard curriculum and away from the classroom walls have a range of benefits for the students. This enables students to practice learning by making, which is based on the simple principle that experience is the best teacher.
